Cold brew coffee experiment: 15g fine/medium grind Gikanda from @timwendelboe 250g cold water in a cut off Imsdal sports bottle. 1 drip per 7 second. Rinsed paperfilter in the Aeropress + rinsed paperfilter on top of the coffee to spread the water more evenly into a Kalita kettle in a bowl of ice.
