We've tried most every brewing method out there- from more prevalent methods like the chemex and French press, to the unconventional steampunk and syphon. However, we have never tried the Hario wood neck brewer which uses cloth filters. We'd love to hear some opinions from @amysk8er (who posted this photo) and anyone else who has tried it!
