Don't wanna boast, but the Costa Rica Serro Alto La Rosa is tasting absolutely ridiculous through Aeropress this week! For all you coffee nerds, we're putting 12g medium ground in a preheated inverted aeropress. 50g pre-infusion for 15 sec and filled to 205g for 2 minute steep.
