I actual forgot to mention the most important part of making #coffee at home. You need a partner in crime. You need someone to always watch out for you, your pouring method, you agitation, double checking your calculations, some to make sure that they meow at you, basically whenever they want something. That's right, you gotta have a #cat watching over your every move. They actually could care less if you screw this ritual up. As a matter of fact, they preferred you would so you can go back to giving them all the attention in the world. Lol. Cats are a must :). #meow meow meow and meow. Haha. Anyways, when you finish your brewing, pour your fresh, dynamic iced coffee from the #fretta #v60 into your glass of ice. Preferably in the sunshine, in the hills, outside, and in #portland ;) After several months here searching, I've found the best iced coffee in my opinion is here, at home. There are many different brew methods for iced coffees. The cold brew or toddy, the Japanese styled #pourover with the #v60 (which I use at home), using the #chemex (I want to try this soon), using an (another method I haven't used), and many others. Whatever method you like, or use, there is no wrong way. Ok, maybe there is :) However, my favorite method is explained in this little story book that had been scattered in between everyone's post on Instagram and Facebook, lol. I want to give a special shoutout to @kohilabs as he makes an awesome app that helps take away the guessing when calculating coffee weight, water weight for the desired yield for whatever brewing method you enjoy. And, just in case you didn't have a cat to double check your calculations. Enjoy! Join the conversation. Facebook:http://ift.tt/19jTYBZ Twitter: http://ift.tt/1iv8W8R
