Today is an upside down kind of day. My method courtesy of Tim Ferris: 12g of medium-fine coffee, 100ml of hot water (not above 185 degrees), stir, then add additional 100ml of hot water, stir gently one last time. Add filter and cap, turn the aeropress right side up on a cup and plunge down slowly. SLOWLY, I said. That, my friends, should give you perfection in a cup. Join the conversation.
