Had a surprise visit, cool samples from Coffex (Ethopia and Kenya) and lesson on #aeropress 14-15g, 220ml water, Lower grind size on the #EK43 (5.5-6.5), saturate the grounds, 50s steep, break the crust before pushing it out.
